Returns Policy

After closely analysing the rationale for returning goods back to Midsteel we discovered that over 80% of returns were due to customers changing their requirement after taking delivery of the goods or customer error. The physical process of putting material back to stock is costly and time consuming, and creates overstocking issues.

If material is returned to Midsteel as a result of an error on our behalf, or the goods are damaged/not fit for purpose no restocking charge will apply. All other returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and will be returned at the customers cost. The restocking fee will be charged by discounting the total cost of returned goods on the corresponding credit note by 25%. Midsteel will only accept returns within 30 days of Purchase Order date and with prior agreement.
